Hello All,
I am trying to log interface events (up/down)and various other events on a catalyst 6513 running 12.2(18)SXF8. It seems when an interface goes down nothing is logged. I have enable logging by entering:
logging buffered 7
logging history 7
logging on
and still nothing. I am sending all log messages to my syslog server and i don't see any events. I have a 3750 that logs these events with no prob. Same config as 6513. Am i missing something? how do i get these 6513's to start logging useful messages?
