Hi Jason

Can you check out show process cpu command and find out which process hogs your CPU.

Also another alternate would be going on for a upgrade to a later version of ios on your router.

You can think of doing the same once you have enough DRAM and FLASH on your router to do so..

It sounds like an IOS bug relating to NAT memory usage. I'm sure I"ve heard of one recently.

Which version of IOS are you running? Can you upgrade to the latest?

ok here is the deal. I had a buddy reconfig it (mainly because i dont know how) but still same issue. Also I believe its 12.3, here is what it is saying:

Which version of 12.3? Whats 'show version' list the filename/version as?

i dont know what version i had before lastnight but I updated it to 12.3(8)T. I am going to check it this morning and see how its working!

Is the 12.3 IOS version you're running the latest release in the 12.3 train that you can run?

Assuming you have a CCO login:

* Log into the cisco.com website

* On the right hand side should be a dropdown box labelled "Download software". Select IOS Software

* Click on IOS 12.4 software

* Click on Download Software

* This should launch the IOS upgrade planner which lets you browse software based on version, platform, release and features.

Take a look at that.
