First, I apologize in advance if this answer does not match your problem, I did not have time to go through all the information you provided. Just quickly looking at your problem though, I'm wondering if it could not be solved by CSCsi08513. The issue fixed in this bug is related to BPDUs that are coming from the same source in different vlans that are fall-back bridged. The mac move code incorrectly assume that those BPDUs are looping across the bridge-group (which is not the case, as BPDUs are not switched but received by the CPU). If this is matching your problem, this is a cosmetic issue and you can ignore the messages or upgrade your image. Else, you might have a bridging loop and we will need to look deeper into the problem.
It's been fixed a while ago but it seems that it will only make it to the upcoming release. I think it's 12.2(40)SE (or something like that, I'm no bug or release expert;-) and should be out in a matter of days.
This is actually a pretty cool feature, i didn't even know it existed until I was looking for a solution to advertise a subnet (prefix in BGP talk), only if a certain condition existed. This is exactly what conditional advertisements does
