Yes !! i was also not able to view this..i found this in our customer environment where the issue was on one particular device which has reached the EOS\

  • •1.    As this device reached EOS, so TAC cannot be opened and traceback cannot be decoded.
  • •2.    As per the cisco Doc this seems to be IOS bug, which states that error is caused when the IOS scheduler is added to the Exec process through tacacs and process received an event that it did not know how to handle.

Is there anybody to help me out. ( Except IOS upgradation or device change)

I'm not sure how to help if you don't have the full text of the bug. If it's truly an IOS bug, there are only a couple of things you could do:

1.) upgrade the router which you can't because of support

2.) Stop using the function that has been identified in the bug - TACACS, etc.
