we need 40G uplink and 10G each port for metro ethernet. what's equivalent of ME3600X in 40G uplink and 10G each port scenario?

That would have to be the 6840.
The 6840 is based on the Sup2T supervisor card. This means the 6840 can support up to 220 Gbps overall speed.

How many 10 Gbps and 40 Gbps ports are you looking for?

2 40G ports for uplink and minimum 8 10G ports.

Another option is WS-C3850-24XS with C3850-NM-2-40G.
