ME3600X switch - config looks valid, but "Ring port(s) are OIR deleted" is reported
I'm trying to set up ERP on my Cisco ME3600X switch. I've followed the documented process in http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios-xml/ios/cether/configuration/xe-3s/ce-xe-3s-book/ce-g8032-ering-pro.html, but when I run "show ethernet ring g8032 configuration", I get the following error:
Ethernet ring ring1 Port0: GigabitEthernet0/1 (Monitor: Service Instance 1) Port1: GigabitEthernet0/2 (Monitor: Service Instance 2) Exclusion-list VLAN IDs: Open-ring: no Instance 1 Description: Profile: profile1 RPL: Inclusion-list VLAN IDs: 11 APS channel Level: 5 Port0: Service Instance 100 Port1: Service Instance 100 State: configuration unresolved, Ring port(s) are OIR deleted
I've been unable to determine what this problem means as none of the logs give any useful information and there is no further information on the Web/Forum. Any help would be much appreciated.
