ME3600X switch - config looks valid, but "Ring port(s) are OIR deleted" is reported

Hi,

I'm trying to set up ERP on my Cisco ME3600X switch.  I've followed the documented process in http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios-xml/ios/cether/configuration/xe-3s/ce-xe-3s-book/ce-g8032-ering-pro.html, but when I run "show ethernet ring g8032 configuration", I get the following error:

 Port0: GigabitEthernet0/1 (Monitor: Service Instance 1)
 Port1: GigabitEthernet0/2 (Monitor: Service Instance 2)
 Exclusion-list VLAN IDs:
 Open-ring: no
 Instance 1
  Description:

  Inclusion-list VLAN IDs: 11
  APS channel
   Level: 5
   Port0: Service Instance 100
   Port1: Service Instance 100
  State: configuration unresolved, Ring port(s) are OIR deleted

I've been unable to determine what this problem means as none of the logs give any useful information and there is no further information on the Web/Forum.  Any help would be much appreciated.

Hey Joe,

Looks like you need to open a TAC case for this, I found a bug related to this so log a case ASAP.
