Hello Everybody ,
I've received from our management station the following message : Memory excessive fragmentation, Someone could you say me if they are some commands for throubleshoot this error and see the memory status of the switch.
The running platform is : WS-C6509 with WS-X6K-SUP2-2GE supervisor.

You have to investigate why the memory allocation is fragemented in the first place. It could be a result of a DoS attack on the control plane, which is pretty easily addressed with CoPP.
Or you can be using a dated version of IOS. An upgrade may be in order.
Sometimes something as simple as a reboot clears the memory buffers and clears the problem....
