Hi

Do check up for the features available on each ios image (2900 and 3750).

And i hope you are mentioning 2600 series switch here in place of 2900 series switch.

If your 2600 is running advanced routing protocols you need to ensure your 3750 has emi ios. If you 2600 has any serial interfaces, you'll find those are not supported with 3750s. I dont think 3750s support bgp. 3750s do not support VoIP configurations a'la voice cards etc. post your config from your 2600 and we can see if it is compatible with a 3750.

Tnx Robert,

I dont have T1's nor VOIP config.. but I am runnig BGP on 2600..Attached the config.3750 model: WS-C3750G-48TS/12.2(35)SE5/C3750-IPSERVICES-M

According to the Software Advisor (http://tools.cisco.com/Support/Fusion/FusionHome.do) this version does support BGP.
