Modbus-tcp compatability with 3750 switch

Has anyone come across problems using a 3750 to transmit modbus ? The hosts are all in same vlan on the switch and the modbus is encapsulated by TCP. We are getting what appears to be lost data, however the switch loggs on the interfaces show everything ok.

Any thoughts please.

Modbus is not supported in 3750.For list of ports supported on 3750 refer the following URL

Re: Modbus-tcp compatability with 3750 switch

We have nine wastewater treatment plants of which most are using Modbus over TCP. We use many 3750's and a multitude of other Cisco switches and have never had an issue. You will probably need to dig deeper than interface stats. You may need to capture some packets, there is also a lot of documentation on Modbus on the internet that could help.
