I'm looking for more info about WS-X6148A-GE-45AF and channel. I do not understand if this module has 48 oversubscribed ports in six groups of eight ports each.

Yes you are quite correct. This module has port grouped into blocks of Eight each. This module is 8:1 over sub-subscription.
