MULTI WAN IPs with different gateways on single router interface

i,I have two Public wan Ips one is and other with,now i have nattted for LAn segment,I want to use the other block for video conferencing service with natting/patting ,the limitations is that i have one ISP media connected to my cisco 2911 router ,how can I manage both IPs(especially the with their different gateways over a single Wan link(from ISP to the Router),without nating for video conference server.(video conference server needs to be ssigned public ip from block

(VIdeo conference is not on natted IP)

So, is a /30 or /29?

If it is a /30 is it used for peering between you and your provider or you are using a different segment for peering and both and are /29s assign to you?

Can you clarify?
