Multicast - disabling igmp snooping on 6509

I would like to disable igmp snooping for a particular voip campus-wide vlan (156) to accommodate ip dect (Philips DAPs).

This is easy on the edge switches using the IOS command "no ip igmp snooping vlan 156".

However on the 6509 this is a global command. The vlan has only two SVI's but is trunked to another 12 6509's - a mixture of CatOs and IOS - making 14 in all. Does anyone know how to disable igmp snooping for one vlan only on a 6509 even if it has no SVI ? CatOs + Ios

Thanks for your time.

In CatOS, as far as I know, there is no command to disable ip igmp snooping per vlan.

In IOS, you can only do it under vlan interface.

Thanks for your reply. We are ugrading the hybrid 6509's to native Ios soon anyway so it may not be a problem.
