Hi Guys

1)what is the difference between N7K-F132XP and N7K-M132XP-15?

2)Nexus 7000 - 32 Port 1G/10G Ethernet Module, SFP/SFP+,for SFP+ the module fits inside it is:GLC-SX-MM ,what if i need to run normal SFP(1GIG) what is the module name fits inside N7K-M132XP-15?

2)what is the name of line card that support FCOE to uplink directly to SAN Fabric via the N7K instad of FC Module on the N5K?

3)is the GLC -T support SFP or its just twisted Pair, what is the reason of it?is this require N7K-M148GT-11 Require GLC-T?

4) SFP-H10GB-CU3M ,what is the need of the Twinax cable what module needs where could be plugged

C3KX-NM-10G,which SFP and SFP+ support in this Network Module?

thanks

1. F1 is layer 2 only and does not Layer 3 operations. In order to do layer 3 you need to use the M1 card for layer 3 proxing. This needs to be carefully planned out as you basically share the M1's layer 3 routing capabilities and connection into the fabric.

2. I'm guessing you mean N7K-M132XP-12? This module doesnt support 1G SFP, its 10G SFP+ only.

3. N7K-M148GT-11 is the 48port copper line cards that does not accept SFP, its just normal twisted-pair linecard. N7K-M148GS-11 accepts SFP which can be the GLC-T (copper SFP)

4. SFP-H10GB-CU3M is a twinax cable, it has the 10G module inside already as single unit, you don't need a module, its a cable with 10G module built in. You plug this into a SFP+ port on the nexus, like a N7K-M132XP-12 or F1/F2 card.

C3KX-NM-10G can only support 1,3,5 meter twinax (SFP-H10GB-CU5M), it doesnt support the 7 or 10 meter.

The only module that supports 1G/10GE is the F2 module:

N7K doesn't have any native FC module.
