NAS server to Cisco 3560 G

Hi,

Can any one help me providing a better solution for the folling problem.

I have a SUN NAS server having4 NIC cards, one is used for redundant connectivity with the another SUN NAS,second and third NIS are bonded, the fourth one is not used. Now the second and third NIC of the SUN NAS is connected to Gi port 0/23 and gi port 0/24 of the Cisco 3560 G switch,When I configure the 0/23 and 0/24 as a ether channel it is not working .Is it possible with Cisco 3560 or should i replace the Cisco 3560 with Cisco 3750?

please suggest me.

Thanks and Regards,

S.Venkataraman.
