native vlans

Hi all

further to my discussion about this, can anyone tell me if I have an untagged frame come into my switch and that goes to vlan 1, then on my trunk port between 2 switches I have say vlan 10 both ends of the link as the native vlan, will the original frame that came in on vlan 1 untagged, still be untagged once it reaches the other switch, or will it get tagged as the trunk has a different native vlan ?

Re: native vlans

Frames of native vlan go untagged & all other get tagged. In your case, 10 is the native vlan.
