Need some advice on SPAN fundamental

Hi all,

I need some validation on my config. As can seen from the attached topology, my intention just want to mnitor vlan 1, 25, 51, 250-254, 500 these VLANs.

The monitoring data will pump back to my ISE virtual appliance via port G4/46.

My question

01. My source port is G4/47, this is WLC uplink to core switch, switchport nature is trunk mode, carry all VLAN. Is my below monitor session x filter vlan command not forwarding VLAN 100 monitor data to SPAN desitnation interface?

monitor session 1 source interface Gi4/47

monitor session 1 filter vlan 1 , 25 , 51 , 250 - 254 , 500

monitor session 1 destination interface Gi4/46

02. Can please verify anything wrong on my config. My requirement is not to forward any monitoring data from VLAN 100 to reach ISE monitoring module.
