Netflow monitoring with a Protocol Analyzer

Can Netflow packets be captured by a sniffer like Ethereal or Wireshark?

I have Netflow configured on our border router, and have a sniffer on the switch inside of it. I set the sniffer Capture Filter to UDP and set the port but do not see any traffic.

AFAIK Wireshark can not, but some of the commercial sniffers can like Observer from Network Instruments.
