netflow on port-channel interface not work

I have a layer 3 switch, gi1/1 & gi2/1 is port-channel and the channel port is a routed port. I have configured "ip flow ingress" for interface port-channel1, gi1/1 & gi2/1. But it seems that the netflow doesn't work. Below is the inteface config. Is there any config mistake.

int port-channel1

ip address x.x.x.x x.x.x.x

ip flow ingress

int g1/1

channel-group 1 mode on

ip flow ingress

int g2/1

channel-group 1 mode on

ip flow ingress

Follwoing commands used to configure Netflow for the CatOS.

set mls flow , set mls nde 9996, set mls nde version

set mls nde enable.

what kind of cisco switch/router is this???

That makes a difference.
