I have to design a network with SIP provider and PBX system.
All calls are routed via Windstream using the phone system gateway.
Now we want to set call routing in such a way that internet calls to rest of the offices are routed via Cisco 2911 & ATT
Now Cisco 2921 will be doing all the routing , but it has a default gateway for ATT , which will allow the phone system to see rest of the phone systems available on MPLS but how will they route the outbound call using the SIP provider Windstream.
I have attached a pdf showing current design and proposed. Can anyone help me out with that
Typically Windstream will give you a direct connection to be plugged into your router with an IP on it. Once you have that configure, you will have to configure dial-peers to point calls out of that particular interface. I am guessing you have a SIP trunk between the PBX and the 2921 today, similarly you could create another SIP trunk to the 2911 or create dial-peers on the 2921 to point calls for "Rest of offices" to point to the 2911 and out from there.
