Network Setup

Hi

I have been given the task to setup our network at our new offices! Luckily I have never done something like this before!

We have about 80 users/devices that will connect to our main router.We have 3 floors and on each floor there must be a switch to connect to the main router via fiber. We will have a mail,file and web server connected. I want to use 3560E switches and a 2821 or 2851 router.

Any suggestions on the types of switches/router to use?

The hardware is fine, Im wondering about the design.

Three switches will get uplinked to the same router and thats it? What if the router dies? You have no redundnacy.
