New L3 3750-24TS add in stack

Dear

I want to add new L3 3750-24TS in my existing stack.I have 2 swithces in stack(3750 12-s and 3750 24-TS).

Please help me.How can i add and what configure i have to do in new l3.

This is how I add a switch to a stack.

start with makeing shure the same software are on the switches.

erase all configurations on the switch you want to install.

Add the two stack cables to the stack.

Add the powerless switch you want into the stack by connectiong the two stack cables

Add powercable and power on the new switch.

this normally works, but once it totally crashed the stack and there seemed to be no reason for it and i have found no reason for it to do so.
