new router connection problem

T1 connection 3600 to 3600

changed one side from 3600 to 2600, exact same configs on the Serial

2600 can ping 3600

3600 can't ping but show cdp of 2600

2600 to 3600 - can't get beyond the router inside the network.

what is wrong with my config?
