Hi all,

I have a customer that we have added a new subnet for their voice. When i VPN into their network i am unable to reach the new subnet. 172.24.0.0

I recieve an address out of the SDM_POOL_1.

The core switch is 172.16.71.249 which has the new subnet on it.

I have attached a copy of the config from the router. Does anyone have any suggestions.

In the config that you posted I can find a static route that gets to network 172.16.0.0 through 172.16.71.249. But I do not find any route (or any other information about 172.24.0.0. I believe that this is your problem. I suggest that you add a static route for 172.24.0.0 and see if that solves your problem.
