Newbie - routing question

Dear Expert,

I am very new to CISCO, I have 2 networks A & B

A is on 172.16.1.0/24, router is on 172.16.1.2

B is on 172.16.4.0/24, router is on 172.16.4.1

in Network B, there is also had internal network 192.168.210.0

currently, from network A (172.16.1.0/24) I able to connect to 172.16.4.0/24 but how to connect network 192.168.210.0 ?

pls help

You need to enable some kind of routing static or dynamic, so that your network would be reachable. This can be answered better if you post your n/w diagram and explain what you are doing.

Hi,

What is the ip addresses of the connection linking between the 2 routers, and what are the LAN ips behind each ?

A is on 172.16.1.0/24, router is on 172.16.1.2

B is on 172.16.4.0/24, router is on 172.16.4.1

Router B (172.16.4.0/24) 172.16.254.26

LAN IPs behind of A: is 172.16.1.0/24

LAN IPs behind of B are:

172.16.4.0/24 and 192.168.210.0/24

ip route 172.16.4.0 255.255.255.0 172.16.254.26

ip route 192.168.210.0 255.255.255.0 172.16.254.26

Router B:

ip route 172.16.1.0 255.255.255.0 172.16.254.25

Hi

i think in addition to the above posts u need to configure secondry address on the interface of router B to enable proper routing for that subnet.
