I'm interesting about studying Nexus 1000V. Reading some documentations by Cisco I noticed that there is a lot of confusion about one argument: VSM-to-VEM communication.
Preferred method of communication about VSM and VEM is L3, or Cisco says that because simplest troublehooting, but I like to know if with this kind of solution VSM and VEMs can believe in different VLANs and so, in different L3.
