Hello Hummus,

About the support of the listed feature please find some related informations :

  • Netflow

Netflow is not supported on the 5548 (even with a L3 duaghter card).

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/switches/ps9441/ps9670/qa_c67-618605_ps9670_Products_Q_and_A_Item.html

Q. Does the Cisco Nexus 5548P Switch hardware support NetFlow?

A. No. The Cisco Nexus 5548P Switch hardware does not support NetFlow.

And also check =>

https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-13402#Q_Will_Netflow_be_supported_on_the_N5K_If_not_how_to_get_L2_flow_data

  • Vrf route leakage

Unlike N7k, the feature is not supported (at this time). According to the last configuration guide =>

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/datacenter/nexus5000/sw/unicast/521_N11/l3_virtual.html#wp1082535 => Cisco NX-OS prevents route leakage( import or export) between VRFs.

Aslo the subjected is discussed on this link => https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2123555. At the time being, route leaking is not supported on the Nexus 5500 with L3 module.

  • policy based routing

About PBR I was reading this post https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3450230#3450230. According to Cisco guys on last march, it was not supported in the current releases, but is in the roadmap. When checking the last release notes 5.2(1)N1(1a) there is no reference on PBR support, so I suppose it is still not supported.

Hope that helps.

Best regards.

Karim
