nexus 55548 crash in ipqosmgr

Hi 

I see on the Cisco website that there is a bug listed for a Nexus 5000 crashed in the ipqosmgr - Bug ID CSCua04517 - although this is listed for Version 5.1(3)N1(1a). I am running version 5.2(1)N1(1a). Even though there is no known workaround on the bug listing does anyone here have any details around this bug or experienced it so far?

There is no workaround for this bug.

The bug to be fixed in 6.0 release.

I see that both version 6.0(x) and 7.0(x) have already been replaced and are available for download on the Cisco Website. Surely the bug listing needs to be updated if this has been fixed?? I have read the release note for both of these major releases and the bug ID does not appear in either the open or resolved caveat list at all. I do not believe that it has been resolved yet.

Any ideas??
