Nexus 7000 QoS question

The default queueing policy on the Nexus 7000 (NX-OS 5.2) trusts DSCP values and passes them through the interfaces.

I am going to be configuring other policies so that I can prioritize VoIP and Telepresence and call signaling and give certain bandwidth percentages to the different classes.

When I apply the new policy the default policy is no longer used.

How can I insure that my custom policy trusts DSCP also?  Or more generally, how do I see/prove that the Nexus-7000 and it's interfaces still trust DSCP?

I've got to make sure that the DSCP values that enter the Nexus-7000 exit without being messed with.
