Nexus 7710 N77-F324FQ-25 port negotiation problem

Hello, experts

We're experinecing strange behaviour with our brand new Nexus 7710 with N77-F324FQ-25 line card.

2 VDC's with 10 40Gig ports allocated to each VDC (VDC-1: E1/1-10, VDC-2: E1/11-20).

Port connecivity map:

VDC-1 E1/1 <-> VDC-2 E1/11

VDC-1 E1/2 <-> VDC-2 E1/12

VDC-1 E1/3 <-> VDC-2 E1/13

VDC-1 E1/4 <-> VDC-2 E1/14

VDC-1 E1/5 <-> VDC-2 E1/15

VDC-1 E1/10 <-> VDC-2 E1/20

First 2 port-groups in VDC-1 (e.g ports E1/1-4) and first 2 port-groups in VDC-2 (e.g ports e1/11-15) cannot negotiate (simply shows Link Not Connected) with any other port rather than ports within these two port-groups. Means:

VDC-1 E1/1 <-> VDC-1 E1/2 - OK

VDC-1 E1/1 <-> VDC-1 E1/3 - OK

VDC-1 E1/1 <-> VDC-1 E1/4 - OK

VDC-1 E1/1 <-> VDC-2 E1/11 - FAIL

VDC-1 E1/1 <-> VDC-2 E1/12 - FAIL

VDC-1 E1/1 <-> VDC-2 E1/13 - FAIL

VDC-1 E1/1 <-> VDC-2 E1/14 - FAIL

VDC-1 E1/1 <-> VDC-2 E1/15 - FAIL

VDC-1 E1/1 <-> VDC-1 E1/5 - FAIL

(Same behavior with all ports within these 4 port-groups).

However all rest of ports behave as expected.

Hope I explained clearly.
