I've been trying to upgrade out 7k to 5.1.3 via ISSU and keep running into failures.  Does anyone know where I can look up the error code listed below?

Can you issue the following command to see what or who has a lock.

show cfs lock

Once you know what has the lock you should be able to clear it.

How do we clear the lock once we know who has the lock?

"clear ntp session" cleared the lock.
