NM-4T with CAB-V35MT / HWIC-4T with CAB-SS-V35MT

Hi Guys

I am  replacing, Cisco 3845 (ISR) by Cisco 3945 (ISR2), and have some question.

NM-4T work with CAB-V35MT is replaced by HWIC-4T with CAB-SS-V35MT?

NME-AIR-WLC8-K9 is replaced by SM-SRE-700-K9?

Which is the replacement of EC-MFT-64 ?

You do not need to replace the EC-MFT-64 for the 3945
