no ip forward-protocol udp in 2960

Hi All,

I am trying to enter this command in Cisco 2960 but the device is not accepting it. Is this because of IOS or this command is not available for 2960?

Hello Akhil,

This is perhaps a slightly evasive question but do you need to use that command at all? What do you want to accomplish? The 2960 series switches are mostly used as Layer2 access switches (i.e. no routing is involved) and seldom, if ever, are configured for IP Helper operation. Therefore, this command would be useless in majority of cases.
