Not detecting the new 2-port card

Dear Team,

  • Support for extra 2-port Ethernet card
  • BGP configuration
  • Crypto configuration

In the current IOS running on the router, we are able to achieve requirement 2 & 3, but it is not detecting the new 2-port card. Is it required to upgrade the IOS??

Please find below the details of the output of “show version” of the router –
