Good day friends!
I have some problems with NTP and I don't understand how to solve this problem.
Network topology:
2 NTP servers in LAN (10.0.43.7 and 10.0.43.215) based on CentOS (Linux) - this ntp servers works properly.
I have got CISCO 2811 (10.0.42.225) as call manager express.
this is part of my configuration CCME (works as tested router):

So when I make "sh clock"
10:45:12.452 UA Mon Sep 20 2010
this is correct clock... but the system clock is:
Sep 20 07:45:26.960
(this is system clock that sends loginig and set up clock on the cisco phones) Difference of the real time and system clock time is 02:59:46
I don't understand where I make mistake or it is cisco bug?

Strange would think ntp update calendar would take care of that . Try removing the clock calendar valid command don't think that needs to be there .

Yes I try to do this, but the router don't change clock and calendar time....
The difference is 3 hours....
Clock time work properly, but the system messages and cisco phones work at the -3 hours from the true clock time... :(((((
I think that is cisco bug....
