NX5000 vlan's IP address

Configuring NX- 5020 version 4.0(1a)N2(1) :

Is it possible to bind an IP address to a vlan interface ?

I was not able to find how to.

The earlier Nexus 5k series (such as the 5020) do not have Layer 3 capability. That includes the inability to create SVIs.
