Hello,
I was wondering if someone could shed some light on why the NX7Ks don't do NAT'ng. Are there any docs to share?

The Nexus series is mainly a switch platform and is designed for data centers. Of course, it is capable of routing VRF, MPLS, etc.......but not NAT.
