OSPF LSA3 on ABR

Hi,

I'm looking on an ABR and see the following below -

Now does this mean that these LSA 3s are being advertised from Area 11 into Area 0? Or are these being advertised from Area 0 into Area 11?
I'm a bit confused as to what is being represented here. I guess I'm just used to seeing the type 3 LSAs on an Internal router only and not from ABR perspective.

192.168.240.1 - Is the Router ID of the ABR that I'm pulling this info from.

Hi, These are LSA of area 0

Hi,

These are LSA of area 0 which will be advertised to area 11.

Since these are summary LSA in area 11, then it can not be LSA of area 11. Similarly LSA1,LSA2 of area 11 will be seen on ABR twice. First as LSA1,LSA2 of area 11, second summary LSA of area 0.

Regards,

Akash
