OSPF nework got split by dumb router

I had a good nice OSPF routed network, with cisco hardware and freebsd-quagga powered routers, and now my boss wants part of the network to be split out with MS ISA server, which doesn't work with OSPF.

Any ideas what to do, besides of starting to use RIP on it and adjusting routers?

It depends on your existing topology and where you want to put the ISA server. If the ISA server is at the edge of the network, you could simply do RIP<-->OSPF redistribution. If the ISA server is stuck somewhere in the middle (which is what you seem to imply by "... got split ...", then it could be more problematic.

Could you let us know a bit more about the existing topology?

All routers is in one backbone area. Lots of subnets of 10/8.

There is few routers behind ISA and whole lot in front.

ISA acting in routing mode, it doesn't NAT.
