Here is the configuration on the ports. Can the speed and duplex causing the outdiscards error?

interface GigabitEthernet1/4

switchport

switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q

switchport trunk native vlan 201

switchport mode trunk

switchport voice vlan 202

no ip address

speed 100

duplex full

mls qos trust dscp

spanning-tree portfast

Hi

Can be Too much Traffic . If you have more them 100 mbit xmit Traffic The switch has to drop packets this will result in diaconnected sessions.

Thanks Marc.

The hosts connected to the interfaces are just thin clients. is this a possible issue of broadcast storms?.
