What parts are covered under SmartNet in case they fail or malfunction?

I doubt below parts would be covered, however I googled about it but could not find any clear reference providing information whether they are covered or not:

Flexstack and Stackwise cables

SFP/GBIC Modules

Please post it here If someone know of any clear reference so that it can be helpful to others as well.
