Per process/instance utilization and a backbone switch.
I am a CCNP Switch student, i have two questions to ask. One is how can i check my network switch per process/instance utilization.
My second question is ,I want to do interVlan routing.i have 27 switches on which i will create different vlans and assign port to them.all switches uplinks will be terminate on a single switch ( backbone switch). Obviously backbone switch should capable to support such huge amount of traffic to keep network stable. how can i choose a right switch for my network as a backbone switch (either layer 2 or layer 3 and a router in case of using layer 2 switch) and how can i find my overall network utilization.
