Hi all
I have a network in teh Lab that consists of 5 Routers (most of them 3750 type ver ios 12.2 and one 3560 ios 12.2)
The Routing protocol is OSPF and PIM SSM is configured between the Routers .
I am testing IPTV service n teh Lab and try to minimize the service switching to protection in case of failure of any link to the minimum.
Currently the switching time is 5 sec after i have configure dthe PIM query interval to 100 msec and teh OSPF hellow to 1 sec.
Pls advise what else should be done in order to get teh minimum switching of Multicast servcie so human eye will not distinguish teh change in case of link cut.
