Re: PING RESPONSE

check for any interface errors, reliability of all the interfaces which packet is taking to reach from source to destination.

maybe any segment is experiencing congestion due to which you are getting intermittent packet drops.

Re: PING RESPONSE

Hi

Are you using normal 64 byte ping or using any extended byte value ?

Also can you post the show interface output here ?

You may also need to check the load on the circuit while getting drops..

Re: PING RESPONSE

Hi Prem

Yes ,I am using 64 byte(normal) only. From my PC i am ping.In interfce status, there is no error.Tx and Rx load is very low only.

Re: PING RESPONSE

Hi

I feel you are pinging the wan ip of the remote end router...

To isolate and find out the exact reason do a normal end to end ping from the router.

If you are pinging the remote end lan then try to ping the same from the router without any source ip and with source ip as your ethernet/lan interface ip .

May be the above observations can help you out ..
