PIX & secondary public IP addresses

I have a L3 switch on the edge of my network that fibers to my ISP. I have a secondary set of public IP addresses on my interface. They are not working. The primary works fine. I know my statics are set right on my PIX.

What do I need to do to my PIX 515E and do I need any kind of route statement on my L3 switch?
