Please Help (Need suggestions)

Hi everyone, we are tasked to setup a network solution for a 5-story building with 300 employees. Since we are new to the networking industry we need suggestions from you guys about the right hardware devices that will fit our needs. Thanks.

Here are some of our requirements:

-it must be scalable

-must be hierarchical

-must have VPN support

-secure enough against attacks

-it is a stub network that will connect to the ISP
