PoE inline Failure on C3560

I had an incident yesterday where a 6 month-old C3560E PoE switch stopped providing inline power to IP Phones. For 2 hours while trying to search for the cause of this, the inline power restored itself without any intervention besides running some show commands and shut/no shut of 2 individual ports. There were no logs, syslog messages nor any snmp traps that might have given an indication of problems... which makes it logging a TAC case more difficult as I don't have any evidence to support a fault. Has anyone have any idea what might have caused the PoE failure without any alerts.
