PoE switch with Routing capablities

I am looking for a PoE switch with Routing capablilites (e.g osfp) something lower end than 3560E.

E stands for enhanced image---IP services

S- standarad image---IP base

L- LAN Base

you need IP services image to enable full routing (OSPF in your case), you can find the comparisons at the below link

And you are sure you only want PoE and not PoE plus, is this correct?

We need the switch to be able to support VOIP. What is the difference between the two.

PoE will support up to 15.4w.

PoE+ will support up to 30.0w.

uPoE (universal PoE) will support up to 60.0w

PoE would be enough for VoIP, you would need PoE+ for some accesspoints, I am not sure about UPoE
