Poer up Avaya IP phone on POE port (C3560)

Hi ALl

I have a C3560-POE switch that has AVAYA IP PHONEs connected to it.

i configured trunk and everything, and all the data and voice connection is working properly.

When I removed the power adapter of the IP PHONE, so it can takes its power from the Switch, the network behaviour was very strange.

I couldnt ping or telnet to other switches/routers, intervlan routing for some PC's didn't work

i did shut, no shut, default interfaces (on my port) and reconfigured the port, and in the end, it is working properly with the IP PHONE power cable unplugged.

but i need to remove all the power adapters for all the ip phones, is there any recommended steps to follow, i can't repeat the above troubleshooting steps for each user.
