Port is down down if I connect the cable and its limited connectivity

Dear All,

I have 4506 with WS-X4648-RJ45V+E. If I connect the cable on one port it is showing down down and on PC it is limited connectivity.

Please suggest.

I am not sure if IOS 3.2.0 will enable 46XX line card the option of TDR. Try this:

Command: test cable tdr interface <BLAH>;
Wait for 61 seconds;
Command: show cable tdr interface <BLAH>;
Post the output for #3.

Thanks for this info but your line card is NOT running on the IOS code specified in the BTK.

I tried the test cable command but it is not available for this version. I have already opened TAC case, will let you know the update. I feel its issue with version 3.2.0, may be need to upgrade.
